Villa La Volpe is an exclusive villa inserted in an elegant residential complex, completely fenced with a private club. The property is immersed in a thriving and natural area, with splendid views of Monte Argentario, famous for its pebble beaches, and small bays which looks over the fantastic crystal sea. Seaside and nature lovers can make the most of pleasurable boat tours to the nearby islands of Giannutri and Giglio, or relaxing walks along the Monte Argentario paths. For Art lovers, only a few kilometres away is the historical centres of Capalbio, Scansano, Pitigliano and Sorano or you can venture out in the research for the Etrurian necropolis which can be found in the area. PARK: Villa la Volpe is surrounded by 7.000 m2 of Mediterranean maquis and fruit trees, shrubbery and climbing plants. The external area is equipped with wooden benches, wicker armchairs and small wicker sofas. In the garden area there is also a veranda with a large wooden table and benches and a fitted outdoor kitchen, equipped with wood oven and barbecue, ideal for lunch and dinners “al fresco”. SWIMMING POOL: The club pool, immersed in a green haven distances about 600 m from the villa and 30 m from the beach. The pool is open from July to August and has a maximum depth of 3 m. Guests can use the changing rooms, sun loungers, sun beds, umbrellas and the bar/restaurant at the club. INTERIORS: The entrance leads directly into the living room/dining room, on the right there is the kitchen, bathroom with shower and living room with double sofa bed. All the rooms have direct access outside through the French doors. Also on the right hand side there is a single room with en-suite bathroom. From the living room, via an internal staircase one reaches the first floor where there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Also on this floor there is a splendid terrace which is accessible from both bedrooms via the French doors, from where one can reach the suite with living room, double bedroom and bathroom. SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, park maintenance. SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour), extra linen (€ 10,00/person), telephone (based on meter reading), heating (€ 4,80/m³), use of the pool (€ 140,00/week + € 10,00/ticket per person per day) and tennis club. N.B. EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients FACILITIES: TV with national channels, DVD players, portable stereo with CD, telephone, Italian Coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine, brick barbecue, wood oven, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, shutter’s mosquito screens.
