USEFUL INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS STAYING IN A RENTTUSCANY PROPERTY

Dear guest, herewith you will find some useful information, to make your stay in your chosen Renttuscany property, as happier as possible:

TIME OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Please let us know a  few days in advance by e-mail to info@renttuscany.com or by SMS  to +39 393 9655302  or +39 393 9907087, specifing your name and the name of the property booked, the following information useful for your check in:

 

- Mobile phone number where you can be reached during your stay in Italy.

 

- Time of arrival to the properties, to allow us to organize your check in with the owner and with customer service.

 

Guests are kindly requested to get anyway to the property between 4.00 and 7.00 pm and to vacate it after they stay, before 10.00 am. This is done to allow  owners to guaranteed a accurate cleaning of the house between clients leaving and arriving, as well as a good management of the house. For arrivals after 7.00 pm we kindly ask clients to advise us well in advance to avoid unpleasant

misunderstandings. After 8.00 pm owners will reserve the right to open the house the following day.

 

NUMBER OF GUESTS: please comunicate us the exact number of people (adults and children) who will be staying at the villa. We would like to remind you that for insurance purposes, number of guests cannot be over the ones stated in your contract.

 

BABIES AND CHILDREN: we will be happy to supply cots/cribs and highchairs. In the majority of properties this will be done free of charge. Please be sure to let us know at least 30 days prior your arrival.

 

CHECK IN: upon your arrival either owners or keyholder will welcome you. If you haven’t paid for your security deposit to Renttuscany, please do it as soon as you will enter the house. Owner will be pleased to show your villa and how all appliances and lights operate. You will also receive all information needed for a trouble free stay. Many info are already included in you Renttuscany Book, which you will find in the property. All customer service numbers are listed in this book too. You can use them in case of any emergencies.

 

RENTTUSCANY INFO BOOK: this book has been compiled by Renttuscany and it contains, along with all info about the house, a range of useful tips about the area and what to do while on holidays.

 

LINEN: a set of linen (bed linen, towels and pool towels) will be supplied at beginning of your stay. For more than one week rentals, all linen (except if your contract doesn’t state it) will be changed on Saturdays. Wishing to have your linen changed more frequently please advise Renttuscany at least 30 days prior your arrival.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Renttuscany staff will be at your service for any assistance you might need. It is essential we are aware of any problems as soon as it should arise. In this case we will be committed in sorting it out without affecting your stay.

 

SWIMMING POOL: pool opening is stated in your contract and in your book. Pool is cleaned on regularly basis during your stay. Wishing you to enjoy the pool out of the opening period, please advise us at least 30 days prior your arrival. If it will be possible (at owner’s discretion and wheather conditions), we will inform you about the extra to be paid for.

 

PARK/GARDEN: park/garden maintenance is included in your weekly price. Gardener will do his best for not disturbing your stay. We kindly request your cooperation to accept his presence, even though discrete.

 

AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING: the majority of our properties (except the ones by the sea) have heating system. Price of it is indicated in your booking form and it is based on consumption. Meter will be read at the beginning and at the end of your stay. Some houses have air conditioning. Payment for it follows the same procedures than heating.

 

SECURITY: we strongly reccomend guests to shut all doors and windows at night and  to get off keys from the holes when leaving the house.

 

DISHWASHER: we kindly request to rinse the dishes before putting them into the dishwasher. Italian ones are not as powerful as the American ones.

 

TOILETS: please do not throw anything into the toilets.

 

ELECTRICITY: turning on appliances all at the same time can cause a power cut due to an overloading of the system. We advise guests to use them keeping this warning in mind.

 

ROADS: our villas are set in beautiful and peaceful placet, and for this reason road heading to them are often unsurfaced. We kindly advise guests to check the property description for understanding the road conditions. We would like to remind our clients that rain can spoil the roads which may become quite difficult to be managed.

 

WELCOME BASKET: our owners or Renttuscany staff usually love making guests at easy giving them something to eat and to drink upon arrival. Wishing you to have shopping done with some groceries, please send us your list at least 30 days prior your arrival (an extra fee might be asked for this service).

 

EXTRA SERVICES: the majority of our properties offer guests the possibilità of extra linen change and cleaning. These services have a cost which is stated in your booking form. Some owners are also at client’s disposal for meals and serving breakfast. Please request these services at least 30 days prior your arrival.

 

EXCURSIONS AND CAR HIRE: ask our operator for availability of these services. Please book for the them at least 60 days prior your arrival.
