On the hillside that dominates the gracious city Sorrento rises Villa Le Tore. Splendid residence, recently restructured and equipped with every comfort, this property has a breathtaking view over the gulf of Naples and the island of Ischia, Capri and Procida. La villa is immersed in a vast park which allows its guests to have a relaxing vacation in the up most privacy in one of the most enchanting locations in Italy. The pastel coloured exterior and interior is perfectly combined with furnishings and the famous ceramics by Vietri finishes off this marvellous property. This property is strategically situated for those who wish to visit the well known locations such as; Positano, Amalfi and Ravello not to mention Naples, Paestum and Hercolanum. For those who wish to sit back and relax, there are an unlimited number of additional comforts, a private spa, private swimming pool which is situated on a terrace with a wonderful view over Naples, air conditioning and wireless ADSL internet connection.

PARK: the park surrounding the villa extends onto different levels. The front garden is lawn whereas the back garden has the characteristics Mediterranean maquis which allows guests to go for pleasant walks immersed in the natural beauty. The various terraces are equipped with benches, table and chairs.

SWIMMING POOL: is situated on the first floor terrace with a splendid panoramic view. It is irregularly shaped and its surface measures about 30 m², with a maximum depth of 1,20 m. The pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Next to the pool there is a bar with an ice maker, a wardrobe, a service bathroom and external shower.

INTERIORS: the villa is divided onto two floors. The main entrance is situated in front of the sea and accesses directly into the spacious living room with French doors, furnished with fireplace, and satellite LCD Tv. On the left hand side of the main entrance there is the dining room, the kitchen equipped with all the modern electrical appliances and a store room. Through the living room, one can access the spa area which is equipped with Turkish bath, small hydro massage swimming pool, shower with chromo-therapy and a service bathroom. On the ground floor there is an additional service bathroom and a laundry room. There is an internal staircase that leads to the second floor dedicated to the night zone. On this floor there are three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom each with an internal bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are equipped with satellite LCD TV. The entire property is fitted with air conditioning and there is access to the swimming pool from both floors. One of the bedrooms is suitable for the disabled.

SERVICES INCLUDED: water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating, initial and final cleaning, 4 hours of daily cleaning, weekly linen, one linen change, internet connection, use of the spa, pool and park maintenance.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 25,00/hour per person), extra linen change (€ 150,00 per day).
