Casale Tara is located between Todi and Orvieto and is named after the house “Tara” in “Gone with the wind”. The property is furnished in a romantic way and has a very refined and cosy atmosphere. It is surrounded by a wonderful garden including a lawn, with beautifully coloured and perfuming plants, like roses and lavander. The interior is elegantly furnished, with floors paved in terracotta and wooden beamed ceilings. The furnishings are very functional and choosen with good taste. The exterior is made up with comfortable areas perfect for drinking and eating. The swimming pool offers pleasant relaxing and cooling moments day and night. The nearness to the historical centres of Todi, Orvieto, Roma, Assisi, Perugia and the neighbouring Tuscany, allows not only to enjoy the countryside, but also to visit important cultural sites, visited by millions of tourists from all over the world.

PARK: the property is characterized by an estate of approximately 3000 sqm, with a manicured garden and a bowered dining area, next to the villa, ideal for lunches and dinners “al fresco”, where one can enjoy a panoramic view on the surrounding nature.

SWIMMING POOL: open from last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The swimming pool has a rectangular form, measures 5 x 10 m, with depth varying from 1,40 to 2,00 m and is paved along the borders with tiles in terracotta and provided with comfortable deck chairs and a gazebo.

INTERIORS: ground floor, from the outside one can access the study, which leads to the well accessorized kitchen including a dining table for 6 people. Passing through an original arch in stone and bricks, one can enter the living room with various sofas and armchairs, traditional fireplace, writing desk, satellite TV and Hi-Fi system. On this level you’ll also find a small bathroom (without shower). The first floor can be reached by a stairway from the study on the ground floor, here you’ll find three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and two additional bathrooms both with shower. The first floor can also be reached directly from the garden, by means of a stairway, paved in terracotta.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking use, initial cleaning, weekly linen, swimming pool and garden maintenance.

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): final cleaning (€ 60,00)

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 10,00/hour), extra linen (€ 10,00/person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), firewood (€ 15,00/100 kg).
