Casale Stolli is located amongst the greenery hills south of Florence, next to the village of Figline Valdarno. The property, situated few kilometres away from the built up area, is ideal to spend holidays in contact with the Tuscan nature as it is completely immersed in beautiful forests. The villa, is built completely in stone, is made on three levels. The inside furnishings, completed by the terracotta tiles and wood beams as well as the surrounding landscape that you can enjoy from the beautiful pergola where you will find a barbecue, which will offer the opportunity to have pleasant ‘al fresco’ dinners whilst enjoying the view. The owners, reserved persons, live at the ground floor apartment that is completely independent from the villa. They will not bother clients during their holidays as they will not use common space. One nice dog is present in the property which belong to the owners. The first and second floor with independent entrances, are at exclusive use of the guests, as well as the park and swimming pool. Near to the well known Chianti Area, the city of Florence, and to the Fashions Outlet present in the area, make Casale Stolli an ideal starting place to have enjoyable daily excursions all over the beautiful surroundings as well as a good starting point for a nice shopping day.

PARK: The park is about 700 sqm with many trees and garden. The upper meadowland level, ends with a stone staircase that leads to the swimming pool.

SWIMMING POOL: open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October is at guest's exclusive use. The swimming pool, has a bean form and measures 6 x 12m. The depth goes from 1,20 to 3,50 m . It's equipped with sun beds, chairs and tables. An external hot shower is available too.

INTERIORS: The main entrance is located on the veranda side. On the first level there is the living area: well equipped kitchen, dining room equipped with a big table, nice sofas and working fireplace, a living room with another fireplace and a bathroom with bath tube. On the passage that joins the kitchen with living room, a stone stair leads you to the second level where we find another wide living room with fireplace and the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, one of them with direct access to the outside area, one double bedroom, a wardrobe room with sofa bed for 2, two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower. The second one has access to the external area on a track that leads to the swimming pool. The pergola is furnished with table and barbecue.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, park and swimming pool maintenance.

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED: (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning in case you bring pets.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 10,00/h), extra linen (€ 15,00/persona), heating (€ 4,32/m³), wood (€ 20,00/100 Kg), telephone and internet access on consumption.
