Villa Specchia is nicely situated in a rural area on the high plain of Le Murge and short distances divide it from Martina Franca, the highest town of Le Murge, a tourist and vacation centre famous for its cool and salubrious climate as well as for the beauty of its countryside, from Grottaglie, famous for its fine ceramics produced in artisan workshops, many of which are still located today in characteristic grottoes in the centre of the town, from the beach resorts of Savelletri and Marina di Ostuni and from the Valle d'Itria where you can find the characteristic “trulli”, the conical huts of the ancient peasant culture. The property is a recently constructed villa, tastefully and comfortably furnished with swimming pool, tennis court and portico with wood oven and barbecue.

PARK: the villa is immersed in a park of 3000 sq mts with a swimming pool and a tennis court with cement surface. There is a large parking area that can contain up to 4 cars.

SWIMMING POOL: open from May 1st to October 15th. Size -16 x 8 metres,diving board and high quality pool furniture.

INTERIORS: Villa Specchia is built on two levels and is 140 sq mts. The ground floor, with entry from the portico in front of the pool, consists of a large living room with fireplace and kitchen area, a double divan bed and lavatory. The top floor, with entry directly from the back of the house where the parking area is situated, consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning, two double rooms with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, house cleaning at beginning and end of stay, weekly linen change, park and pool maintenance .

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra linen (€ 12,00/ per person), extra cleaning (€ 101,00).

EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients
