are followed from the moment the request is made through all the

will be contacted in the shortest time possible. All our clients can
choose any form of booking, by credit card or, if you prefer, bank
transfer. Once the booking has been made and the balance has been paid, RENTTUSCANY by Emma Villas will send via e-mail the information needed to
get to the house, information about the property, tourist information,
instructions for organizing the holiday and entry voucher. On arrival at
the property you will be received by the person in charge who will show
you around the house and give you all the necessary cultural and
logistical information about the area. Inside each house you will find a
book containing all the information about the house, tourist information
and telephone numbers for any kind of emergency. During your stay you will
be contacted by our office to find out how your holiday is proceeding and
if there are any problems which we will try to solve as quickly as
possible. Each house has their own RENTTUSCANY by Emma Villas assistant
whose name and telephone number will be written on the entry voucher. For
any other problems or particular emergencies you can contact the numbers
provided in the CUSTOMER SERVICE.
