Situated between Val di Chiana and Val d’Orcia, on the sweet rolling hills of the Siena countryside, Il Casale Renello is an antique country house dating back from the 1300’s. The restoration of this impressive property was started by the owner and architect Emanule Godone, the finishing’s have be cared for by the owners son and daughter-in-law who live at this property and fully respect the privacy of their guests. They also the responsible for the check in and out of the guests, ensuring that they receive the upmost attention and assistance. The architecture of this marvellous property is characterised by typically Tuscan brick arches, “cotto” flooring, and wooden beams and tiled ceilings in the bedrooms. This property has breathtaking views over the Tuscan countryside and represents the ideal place for all of those who dream of peacefulness, appreciate local culture, arts and great culinary dishes. This property is strategically positioned in the vicinity of famous historical centres such as Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino and Siena and also close to the motorway exit (about 8km) providing the shortest route to the nearby cities such as Florence, Perugia, Orvieto. NB: Please Note: when property is rented in this solution no other guest will be present on site.

PARK: Il Renello is immersed in 48 hectares of land, of which there is olive trees, woods, corn and wheat fields and vines. The outside of the property is equipped with gazebo’s, tables, benches and traditional barbecue where guests can make the most of relaxing meals “al fresco” whilst sipping a glass of good wine such as the Nobile di Montepulciano or Brunello di Montalcino.

SWIMMING POOL: open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, the pool at Casale il Renello overlooks the splendid Tuscan countryside. The pool is rectangular shape measuring 13 x 7 meters with a maximum depth of 1.70. meters, the border of the pool is paved with Rapolano travertine in four colours which is surrounded by a well kept lawn equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs, and umbrellas. The pool is also equipped with heated external shower with solar panels.

INTERIORS: The main villa is on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace, a games room with billiard table and dining room, all of the rooms are connecting with traditional brick Tuscan brick. Via an internal wood staircase one can access the second floor where there is a kitchen with TV room and reading room. On this floor there are 4 double bedrooms, of which one with en suite bathroom with shower, a study with double sofa bed and two bathrooms, of which one with bath tub and the other with shower.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, weekly linen, Initial and final cleaning, maintenance of the park and pool.

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): extra cleaning in the presence of pets (€ 30,00 per pet per week).

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15,00/h), extra linen (€ 15,00/person), heating (calculated on consumption using the up to date market prices), firewood (€ 15,00/100 kg).
