Located on a splendid panoramic site, a typical independent country house situated in Panicale on the hills surrounding the Trasimeno Lake. Panicale is a charming little village dominating the Trasimeno Lake offering the visitor a unique view on the lake and surrounding countryside. The village is characterized by ancient bastions, towers, crannies for guns and vaults still having all their ancient untouched charm. The garden fit out to live relaxing moments and a huge tract of olive trees. For those loving long strolls, a path leads you up to the mountain offering an exclusive view of the Trasimeno Lake. The vicinity of a riding-school and a golf course will rejoice your free time. The landlady will be glad to offer you a typical oil produced in her farm. In this green peaceful oasis you can spend an unforgettable holiday in an original country house, absorbed in an unblemished nature. SWIMMING POOL: open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The swimming pool measures 4,5 x 10 m, with heights varying from 1,20 a 2,15 m and is fully equipped. INTERIORS: the house, built on two levels, offers all comforts and has been furnished respecting the traditional style. “Poderaccio” consists of a large lounge with sofa and typical fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms of which one has a private toilet, furnished with typical wrought iron beds; a double bedroom furnished in the traditional style and a single bedroom. Furthermore the house has a luminous study and a bathroom with a shower and a bath. Rafters and original ancient “cotto” floors feature all the rooms. SERVICES INCLUDED: electric power, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen supply, initial and final cleaning, as well as on Wednesdays (for 2 hours), swimming pool- and park maintenance. SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra linen, extra cleaning (€ 15,00/h), laundry service, telephone (€ 0,30/unit), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), wood (€ 15,00/100 Kg). N.B. EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients FACILITIES: satellite Tv, dishwasher, barbecue. ACCOMMODATION: 7 BEDROOMS: 4 (2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom) BATHROOMS: 3 (1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet) PETS: small size. FENCED: no.
