Casa Pimpinella is located in the Fornillo area of Positano. It's large terrace has breathtaking views of "Isole di Galli" and "Torre Clavel" on Fornillo beach. The villa is centrally located and allows guests to enjoy the live of the Costiera. An ideal place to sunbathe, read a book in the hammock or have an "al fresco" dinner with your family and friends or make your own Pizza's in the original pizza oven. The apartment has been newly renovated to a very high standard.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The terrace, which is like a small courtyard, can be reached by all the doors of the property. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and flowers of all kinds. The terrace have many shady areas and is furnished with tables, chairs and benches.

INTERIORS: The main gate, after climbing 125 steps from the main road, leads directly onto the terrace from which you can access all main rooms. Starting at the far end you enter into the lounge via French doors, which has three seating areas all on different levels. A L-shaped sofa in one, a built in sofa with cushions and another sofa in front of the fireplace. To the left is a shower room with a hydro massage shower. To the right a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom (queen size bed) with a double sofa bed, a second double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. Both bedrooms have French doors onto the terrace. There is a single bed room with en-suite bathroom with shower located next to the villa that have direct access from the terrace.

SERVICES INCLUDED: Water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning.

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): Electricity (on consumption up to date market prices).

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): Extra linen (€ 10,00/person), extra cleaning (€ 12,00/hour).

EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients
