Elegant villa with a breath-taking panorama located on the coastal road called “Salentina”, just a hundred metres from the “piazzetta” (square), the harbour and the beaches of Castro Marina. Villa Piazzetta is located on a rock promontory that dominates the surroundings and the sea. The villa of about 120 sq mt is divided in a main building and an annex built in the lower ground floor. This property has a very special feature: the several terraces and verandas have a fantastic view. Castro Marina is a town loved by tourists coming to the place for enjoying clear waters and the art and history of the Salento towns such as Santa Maria Cesarea Terme, Lecce and Otranto. Its geographical position and the pleasant temperatures for many months makes Castro Marina a wonderful location for nice holidays also in Spring and Autumn.

PARK: the villa is surrounded by a park of about 1000 sq mt, very well kept in each particular with the classical essences of the Salento. The property has three terraces and a small pine forest behind it. The access staircase has 30 steps.

INTERIORS: the main building has a large living room with comfortable sofas and fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with tub. Between the living room and the kitchen there is a corridor with a double sofa bed. The two bedrooms have air conditioning.

DEPENDANCE: here there is another double bedroom, a single bed in a corridor, a kitchenette and a service bathroom.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, park maintenance.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 51,00/per day), extra linen (€ 12,00)
