Casa Morandini is an elegant apartment on second floor of a XVI century palace, set in the most ancient part of Levanto at only 200 m from the sea. The palace, with no lift, has been built by the medieval walls which embrace a portion of this ancient hamlet. On top of the walls a pathway has been created which is accessible directly from the apartment kitchen, it ends to a terrace with views over the surrounding countryside and hills. The apartment, of about 300 sqm with a splendid veranda, has been completely restored in 2005 maintaining the original floors of XIX century and with many antique furniture. Levanto is a pretty town reach in history and close to the famous Cinque Terre.

OUTDOOR SPACE: pathway along the top medieval walls and terrace over the watch tower.

INTERIORS: by entering the apartment on the left there is the kitchen and on the right hand side an ample dining room and the living room which opens onto the beautiful veranda. The veranda leads to the other wing where there are a laundry room, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a stunning bedroom with canopy bed, a tub in the room and a en-suite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathroom with shower, a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen purposes, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 12,00/hour), extra linen (€ 10,00/person), heating (€ 4,80/m³ - € 1,50/l).
