Il Melograno is an exclusive villa immersed in the breathtaking countryside of Costa Salentina and in the vicinity of Santa Maria di Leuca. This property is situated on a hillside which is characterised by secular olive groves and Mediterranean underbrush towards the Jonico sea. From this splendid position there is a 270° view which allows you to spend you vacation in perfect harmony with nature. The villa has numerous different views of this splendid setting including the sea from various angles and points of it grounds. Villa Il Melograno is in the proximity of the famous town of Santa Maria di Leuca, a pearl on the rim of the Italian coast, situated in the jagged natural headland characterised by its rocks and it sandy coves and natural caves, where the Adriatic seas meets the Jonio sea. Santa Maria di Leuca is a town which comes to life especially during the summer months, most of all by tourists who wish to enjoy the crystal clear seaside and the beautiful historical centres – artistical renown locations and major tourist cities such as Salento in the area of Gallipoli, Otranto and Lecce. The geographic location and pleasurable temperature which lasts for many months, allowing who ever visits Santa Maria di Leuca to be able to enjoy this splendid location even during spring and autumn. PARK: the villa is set into a 1.000 square meters park between melograno trees (pomegranate), olive and fruit trees. The property is supplied by an arcaded patio with table and chairs. SWIMMING POOL: it has an irregular form (6 x 4 m. with a depth from 1,25 to 1,65 m.) and is located in a panoramic position just few metres far from the villa. The pool area is furnished with deck chairs and sun umbrella and is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of November. INTERIORS: it develops on one floor and is made up of a large living-dining room with large window toward the garden, the pool and the sea, a kitchen corner, a double bedroom inside a traditional and cool Trullo, a double bedroom (with a third bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom, and another bathroom with shower. SERVICES INCLUDED: water, gas for kitchen use, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, park and pool maintenance. COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): electricity (up to date market prices). SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 51,00/cleaning of the whole villa), extra linen change (€ 12,00/person), heating (up to date market prices). N.B. EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients FACILITIES: satellite TV, air conditioning in the living room and in one of the double bedrooms, barbecue e wood oven. ACCOMMODATION: 6 + 1 BEDROOMS: 3 (two double one of them with an additional bed, one twin) BATHROOMS: 2 (with shower) PETS: yes, small sized FENCED: no HEIGHT ABOVE SEA LEVEL: 100 m. SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 500,00 in cash. ARRIVAL: Saturday between 4 pm. and 7 pm. DEPARTURE: Saturday before 10 am. |
