Podere Marone is an original rural country house, externally wrapped in blooming ivy, situated in the vicinity of Fabro Scalo. Located on a hilltop with breathtaking 360 degree views over the surrounding Umbrian countryside and the charming town of Carnaiola. This property has all the necessary requirements that its guests will enjoy a vacation full of relax and tranquillity. The main building is accessible from the garden using a traditional stone external staircase. The property is well furnished will practical and functional materials which includes “cotto” flooring, and wooden ceiling beams, all of which provides a typical countryside atmosphere. The spacious pergola with it’s splendid views provides the perfect setting for “al fresco” meals and unforgettable sunsets. Guests can relax, have fun and swim in the newly built swimming pool, or you could go on daily nature excursions using the mountain bikes put at guests disposal by the owners. Not to mention the numerous cities of art. Podere Marone is strategically positioned for daily excursions in both Umbria and Tuscan.

PARK: The park surrounds the house, and is in partly cultivated with lawn. The park extends to about 1500 m². There is also on site parking.

SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is rectangular and measures 5 x 10 meters, its depth varies from 1,25 to 1,50 m. It is surrounded in lawn, plants and umbrellas which provide a pleasant shaded area by the pool, not to mention an external showers. The pool is at guests disposal from the last Saturday of April till the first Saturday of October.

INTERIORS: The external stone staircase takes you directly to the first (and only) floor of the property. From the entrance there is direct access to the large living room with dining room and an additional living room, with comfortable sofa’s, satellite TV and a large fireplace. On the left there is a well equipped kitchen. In front of the main entrance there is the double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bat tub and shower, whilst on the right there is the remaining of the night area, with 2 twin rooms and bathroom with bath tub and the laundry room.

SERVICES INCLUDED: Water, gas for kitchen use, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, wood.

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): electricity (on consumption up to date market prices).

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): Extra cleaning (€ 12,00/h), extra linen (€ 12,00 per person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices).
