Casale Le Logge is a splendid completely independent country house with swimming pool, restored in 2003. The house represents high quality finishings with antique cotto floors and ceilings made of wood. The furnishings are convenient with necessities for prestigious guests as well and is made by furniture of “arte povera”, comfortable sofas and a well equipped kitchen. Casale Le Logge surrounded with elegance and comfort is situated in a panoramic position overlooking the Tuscan and Umbrian hills. The garden, surrounded by woods, is provided with a charming irregular swimming pool. The position of casale Le Logge is especially suitable for those who like to visit the most important historical and cultural centres of the Tuscan and Umbrian country side and the thermal center of San Casciano dei Bagni and Chianciano Terme. The property has been realised by the owners as a holiday house and therefore provided with all necessary fittings to satisfy even the most demanding guests. PARK: the park, measuring 1 ha, is well kept and and presents large charming relaxing areas, well equipped, where you can enjoy lunches and sunset dinners. SWIMMING POOL: open from April 28th until October 6th. The irregular shaped pool, located in the garden, measures approximately 90 sqm with depth of 1,40 m, it’s equipped with gazebo and quality furniture. INTERIORS: the ground floor is served by various entrances that lead to the living room, which is divided into different sections by means of antique arches made out of bricks. This room consists of a reading room, a sitting room, a game room, a dining area and a kitchen. By taking a staircase of six steps you will enter an area provided with a twin bedroom (with joinable beds) and a private bathroom with shower, which is convenient for disabled people.( This area has an external access with the possibility of a board). The living room leads to the garden and the porch with dining area, and, by a beautiful internal staircase, to the first floor where you’ll find a hallway leading to the four bedrooms, all provided with en suite bathrooms with shower, of which three double and one twin (with joinable beds). SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, plus three days a week from 9.00 to 12.00 am, park and swimming pool maintenance. SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour), extra linen (€10,00/person) heating (€ 4.00/m³), firewood (€ 15,00/100 Kg) N.B. EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients FACILITIES: satellite TV, Hi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, wood burning oven.
