Procedures for requesting either information or bookings by wire transfer

This procedure allows the client a simpler and more rapid consultation. Clicking on INFORMATION AND BOOKINGS WITH BANK TRANSFER brings you to a page where the MB RENTTUSCANY annual calendar is not present but a form on which you can choose between information or booking and fill in the spaces (it is very important to fill them in so that we can send you our free MB RENTTUSCANY catalogue). On the form you will find the reference to the villa you have found and you can choose the period of the weeks in which you wish to have your vacation, indicate the number of adults and children and add any comments.

If you have clicked on INFORMATION an MB RENTTUSCANY operator will send you in the shortest possible time information about the selected house and other information about vacant properties in the selected period and with similar characteristics to the property you have selected. If you clicked on BOOKINGS will send you in the shortest possible time the booking form and the general booking conditions by e-mail. From the moment that MB RENTTUSCANY sends this documentation, the client has three days in which to confirm the booking and to send via fax to +39 0578 223833 or via e-mail info@renttuscany.com the booking form, correctly filled in and specifying the names of the guests and in particular the ages of the children and a photocopy of the bank transfer. Once the payment has arrived at the bank account indicated on the booking form, MB RENTTUSCANY will send via e-mail the relative invoice as confirmation of the booking and collection of the sum accredited.
In this case you are advised to check the price of the selected house and to check the availability on the MB RENTTUSCANY calendar.

For the sake of clarity we would remind you of the payment formalities:
- 30% as advance payment to be paid at the time of booking plus costs of opening the file Euro 40,00*;
- 70% as balance to be paid before the forty days preceding the beginning of location.
For bookings made during the year preceding the location (for properties accommodating more than 10 people), two advance payments of 30% will be required (the first at the time of booking, the second by January 31 of the year relative to the booking), and the balance
to be paid before the forty days preceding the beginning of location.

BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF LOCATION: In this case the clients must pay the entire sum at the moment of booking. The payment formalities are the same as those used for the normal booking procedure.
