Procedures for online bookings by
credit card:

The Booking Online procedure permits you to book in real time one or two
selected weeks with payment by credit card. For the procedure just click
on any day of the selected week/weeks. The period selected will be
immediately highlighted on the calendar and at the bottom right will
appear the period of the beginning and end of stay that will allow you to
verify the selected dates. |

Clicking on the enter key will take you to the second page
where you will find at the top the name of the house, the
recapitulation of the selected weeks, the dates and the total
cost. Next to the total cost you will see another two fields
that indicate the advance payment (equal to 30% of the total)
and the balance. We recommend that you fill in the fields
highlighted in yellow completely and correctly and in
particular your e-mail address. The fixed number that you will
see next to pax is the maximum number of people that the house
can accommodate. We recommend that you insert the number of
people who will be staying in the house specifying the number
of adults and the number of children. When you have completed
this procedure press the enter key to go to the page relative
to payment by credit card. |

When
you are on the payment page at the top left you will see the Italian and
English flags to choose your language and scrolling down the name of the
recipient of payment, MB RENTTUSCANY, reference code, sum paid. Then fill
in the fields for your credit card details - number of card, expiry date
and type of credit card. Check that you have inserted the details
correctly and click on the enter key. The next page will give the result
of the payment if it has been successful and the possibility of printing
the receipt. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT THESE OPERATIONS ARE COMPLETELY
CONFIDENTIAL AND MB RENTTUSCANY WILL NEVER BE AWARE OF THE CLIENTS’ CREDIT
CARD DETAILS. |

When the operation has been
completed two e-mails will be sent automatically to the e-mail address
inserted in the booking, one from the bank confirming payment to MB
RENTTUSCANY and the other from MB RENTTUSCANY confirming the booking of
the selected house with further instructions relative to the procedure for
the definitive booking, such as the terms for the payment of balance and
the sending of the invoice as receipt of payment. |

For the sake of clarity we would
remind you of the payment formalities:
- 30% as advance payment to be paid at the time of booking plus costs of
opening the file Euro 40,00*;
- 70% as balance to be paid before the forty days preceding the beginning
of location.
For bookings made during the year preceding the location (for properties
accommodating more than 10 people), two advance payments of 30% will be
required (the first at the time of booking, the second by January 31 of
the year relative to the booking), and the balance
to be paid before the forty days preceding the beginning of location.
BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF LOCATION: In this
case the clients must pay the entire sum at the moment of booking. The
payment formalities are the same as those used for the normal booking
procedure.
