Villa Grazia is located near Portopalo di Capo Passero, a village situated in the midst of the Pachino tomato producing country on the southernmost tip of Sicily near the Isola delle Correnti where the Ionian and Mediterranean seas meet. The property is a villa that stands out for its characteristic Mediterranean style suitable for tourists looking for a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature. The solarium terrace looks out over the sea and the area below. On clear days it is possible to see Mount Etna to the north. The beach is only 300 m from the villa and is well known among surfing and kite surfing aficionados. For those who love the art and antiquities of Sicily, Villa Grazia is the ideal starting point for organizing day excursions to Siracusa, Modica, Ispica and the natural oasis of Venicari.

PARK: the park in which the villa stands is about 1.000 sq mt and is composed mainly of a lawn with large trees and palms creating numerous shady areas. Next to the lawn, in front of the house, is a large covered area with table, chairs and barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. There are also sun beds, deckchairs and umbrellas.

INTERIORS: the villa is single storey. The main gate leads into the garden and the main entrance to the villa is through the veranda directly from the garden. This leads into a small hallway that leads on to the fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and large table capable of seating all the guests. On the right side of the hallway is a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a single bedroom and on the left a corridor leads to the other rooms: the sitting room with tv set, two bathrooms with shower and two large double bedrooms. The laundry room is located at the back of the house. Also at the back is a shower which guests are kindly requested to use on return from the beach. A large area has been created in the roof as use as a solarium.

SERVICES INCLUDED: water, gas for cooking use, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, park maintenance.

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): Electricity (on consumption up to date market prices).

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 10,00/hour), extra linen (€ 10,00/person), heating (€ 4,80/m³), wood (€ 15,00/100kg).

EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients

FACILITIES: 2 satellite TV, DVD reader, radio with CD reader, hairdryer, books, magazines, crib, washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, barbecue, mosquito netting on all windows, air conditioning in one of the double rooms and in the living room.
