Sited on a hill, Castello Giulia has a splendid view of the Salento coast and the Apulia countryside where endless rows of olive trees accompany the tourist almost to the sea. The property is 1 km from the historical centre of Ostuni, called “the white city” because of the colour of its traditional whitewashed houses. Ostuni, one of the most fascinating little towns in Apulia, has preserved its medieval structure with a labyrinth of little streets, piazzas and narrow alleyways with fascinating old buildings and churches of historical importance. PARK: The property is immersed in a private park of 10,000 sqm with terracing from which the guests can enjoy a splendid view of the sea. INTERIORS: The property, decorated in the classic style with particular attention to detail, is composed of a main building (Castle) and a secondary building (Trullo). Castle: the main building is divided into two independent apartments, one for each floor. Both apartments are composed of a sitting room with Tv, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin, a bathroom with shower. The castle has a characteristic solarium tower which overlooks the spectacular view. Trullo (annexe): traditional stone construction of peasant origins, it is composed of a double room, a single room, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, park maintenance. SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra linen, extra cleaning. N.B.
