Casale Fontelunga is an attractive old hillside property surrounded by olive trees near the characteristic little town of Cortona . The property is unique both for its splendid panoramic position and for the care taken in renovation by the owners who have tastefully and lovingly created an ideal mix between old and modern. The three-storey farmhouse has an attractive terraced garden with a beautiful swimming pool.

PARK: The well-maintained garden is about 3000 sqm, and is delimited by a wooden fence and old stone walls with typical plants of the area such as rosemary and lavender.

SWIMMING POOL: open from the first Saturday of May to the first Saturday of October, the 5 x 10 m pool, maximum depth 2,30m with sunbathing area, furniture and umbrellas, has been built on terracing delimited by a stone wall.

INTERIORS: the stone farmhouse with the characteristic outside porch spreads over three floors. Ground floor: double bedroom, with access also from the garden, and attractive bathroom with shower. First floor: access through either the porch, or by the interior wooden staircase, to a comfortable living room with large fireplace, dining area and open plan kitchen with tiled floor and furnished with antique furniture. From here we pass to an attractive double room overlooking the garden and a bathroom with tub. Second floor: the beautiful wooden staircase leads to a large double bedroom with an extra single bed and fitted cupboard. This room has a particular charm thanks to the carefully chosen furniture and the characteristic roof under the eaves.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, weekly linen change, initial and final cleaning, pool and garden maintenance.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra linen (€20 per person), extra cleaning (€15/hour), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), wood (€15,00/100 kg).
