Podere Ferrale is the quintessential Tuscan farmhouse building surrounded by the green of Chianti vineyards. This charming farm has a magnificent views over the countryside and woods of the well known Chianti hills. Podere Ferrale is the ideal place to spend a peaceful and quiet holiday, far away from other houses and in the sole company of the Italian owners, reserved people, but ready to help in case of need. Its strategic positioning allows pleasant day trips to the medieval town of Siena, to Florence and to the celebrated Chianti Castles route. The building, entirely made of stone, has been completely restored with special care from the owners to retain all the traits of the traditional Tuscan farmhouse.

PARK: The house is surrounded by a 70 hectares land property cultivated with vines, olives and fruit trees. In front of the house there is an enchanting orchard and a vegetable garden whose produce is grown by the owners to offer to guests. This is the ideal corner to spend a cosy summer evening while having a quiet candlelit dinner.

SWIMMING POOL: Open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The swimming pool is situated a few steps from the house entrance, it's rectangular in shape and measures 5 x 6 m with a max. depth of 2 m . The swimming pool area is furnished with deckchairs and beds and is solely reserved to the guests.

INTERIORS: The one-floor house is made up of a sunny living room with functioning fireplace connected by an arch to a spacious kitchen. A corridor leads to the double bedroom and to the twin bed room with a small intermediate floor and, down some steps, to the single room. In the night area there are two bathrooms with shower.

SERVICES INCLUDED: Water, electricity, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, pool and park maintenance.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): Linen change (€ 10,00/person), extra cleaning (€ 10,00/hour), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), wood (€ 15,00/100 Kg).

EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients
