Villa Felicita, an elegant and fine house, is located in Nerano of Massa Lubrense, between Positano and Sorrento, facing the Bay of Nerano. The villa, by the sea, enjoys stunning views and a perfect location, in fact a 20 minute boat ride will take you to Positano and to Sorrento and a 10 minute ride to the island of Capri, situated in front of the bay. There is a private staircase to the public beach (pebbles) where guests can hire parasols and sun beds. The house, furnished with great taste in airy colours, blue and white, is provided with a lift and has no architectural barriers on any of the three floors. The swimming pool, too, is equipped for handicapped people. The villa has all comforts, suitable even for the most demanding guests. OUTDOOR AREA: the villa’s front part is the parking area (for 3 cars) while the area overlooking the sea on the second level is occupied by the ample terrace and the swimming pool. SWIMMING POOL: the pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The sea water pool is kidney shaped and measures 10 x 5 m, It is situated on a terrace directly above the sea and is equipped with sun bed, a dining table and a sitting area. A large pine tree provides shade for much of the pool. INTERIORS: the total area of the villa is 370 sqm spread out over three levels. the first level is composed by a dining room with fireplace, a sitting room with exit onto a small panoramic terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen which leads out to a small terrace with plants. Next to the kitchen is a small cellar. The sleeping area is composed of a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with showerand a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Second level: a large living room communicating with a play area, bar and study with PC and internet access. Panoramic terrace with swimming pool and private access down to public beach. (115 steps) Sleeping area with a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Third level: an anteroom with small sitting room, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which en suite with Jacuzzi tub, the other with shower, and the master bedroom, which has access to the panoramic terrace, with an en suite bathroom and a round Jacuzzi tub for 2 people. SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, housekeeper (for 6 hours a day per 6 days a week), twice weekly bed linen and towel change, (one beach towel per person per week), initial and final cleaning, outdoor space and pool maintenance. SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€13,00/h) extra linen (€ 1.00/each), internet access (€ 0.30/unit), electricity for air conditioning and heating (€ 0,86/kwh), boat for 14 people with sailor (€ 550,00euro/day, gasoline not included). N.B. EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients FACILITIES: air conditioning in all rooms, electric heating, satellite TV in first level living room, local channels TV’s in all bedrooms, fridge with ice maker, stereo with CD and rediffusion radio, computer with printer and internet access. Private access down to beach (115 steps), elevator-type platform to connect the three levels internally,boat with sailor. ACCOMMODATION: 14 BEDROOMS: 7 doubles BATHROOMS: 7 (4 with shower, 3 with Jacuzzi tub). PETS: no FENCED: yes SECURITY DEPOSIT: €1.000,00 in cash.
