The Costa dei Gabbiani is a wonderful complex in a uncontaminated zone of the extreme south of the island of Elba. The coast is a never ending beach which includes, hidden bays in the rocks: The complex is part of the national park of Tuscan Archipelago. In side this splendid complex guests have the possibility to use numerous services such s tennis courts, horse riding, diving centres, beaches, restaurants and mini market. The Costa dei Gabbiani connects the complex to the beaches and the other services via internal private roads which are in good conditions. Villa Agavi is a refined house with private pool located in the estate. It is a modern structure surrounded by Pinus Pinea and rosemary hedges. The ample windows and the terraces directly face the pine forest that extends to the sea. The villa has been recently restored, keeping its original structural characteristics such as stone walls and lively colours. Clients will spend a wonderful holiday immersed in the uncontaminated nature of one of the most suggestive Italian locations

PARK: The villa is immersed in the natural park of a 450 hectares. Eucalipti has a garden in front of the house furnished with table and chairs. At guests disposal there is also a stone barbecue.

SWIMMING POOL: The pool can be reached by an external staircase. Open from April 20th till the end of October, it measures 3 x 5 m. with a depth of 1,30 m. The pool area is furnished with deck chairs and sun umbrellas. There is also an open gallery with table and sofas.

INTERIORS: The villa has one floor. From the entrance, situated on the parking side of the building, you enter the living room with fireplace and large windows overlooking the sea and the fully equipped kitchen. On the left hand side of the entrance, along the corridor you will find the sleeping area. On the left side of the passage way there are 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. On the right there are one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower while at the end of the corridor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. At guests disposal is also an external laundry room.

SERVICES INCLUDED: Electricity, gas for kitchen use, water, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, pool and park maintenance, golf cart, excursions in the estate, animation (from 11/6 to 8/9), mini club, amusement park, minibus for the beaches.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): Extra linen (€ 9,00/person), extra cleaning (€ 95,00), phone on consumption, riding ground, mountain bikes, diving centre, tennis.
