Exclusive villa nestling on the hills of Salento’s inland not far from Otranto, which with its beautiful beaches, the clear water, its night life and the delicious local cuisine, has become one of the most well-known tourist attractions in the Apulia region. The famous Lecce, Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca are reachable by a short drive.

PARK: The villa is set into a 20.000 square meters park between olive and fruit trees, is supplied with spacious outside recreation ground, an arcaded patio, a barbecue, a garden and pine-wood and large shaded car parking.

SWIMMING POOL: Rectangular swimming-pool open from 1 April to 27 October (16x7,30 m. and from 1,00 to 2,40 m. in depth) and it’s connected with a Jacuzzi (2,5 m. in diameter).

INTERIORS: With an area of 250 square meters in four floors, is made up of a large living-dining room with large windows toward the garden and the pool, a sitting room with a double sofa-bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a basement room with sat tv, a chessboard, card-table and a cocktail cabinet. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with double Jacuzzi-tub, an anteroom with a sofa-bed and a large sunroof solarium on the first floor. It has another large double bedroom with bathroom with shower en-suite and another sunroof in the garret. In the park there is also a guest house with a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

SERVICES INCLUDED: Water, gas for kitchen use, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, one extra cleaning, park and pool maintenance.

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): Electricity (on consumption up to date market prices).

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): Extra linen (€ 12,00/person), extra cleanings (€ 71,00/cleaning of the entire villa), heating (€ 1,50/l).
