Casale Le Coste, is a enchanting property that has been recently restored, situated near Caltagirone. This property has splendid views over the city which is famous for its “terracotta”. Due to its careful restoration this property has maintained its original architectural characteristics whilst hand made decor have been added to increase its personality and to ensure that the property maintains part of the local Sicilian tradition. Internally the décor couples perfectly with the furnishing style. Its position allows guests to organise numerous daily exploratory excursions in this splendid area, places to visit are: Piazza Armerina, the archlogical sites Morgantina, Enna and Catania. Within one hours drive it is also possible to visit the splendid Sicilian beaches and take in the island climate.

PARK: the property grounds extends to over 20.000 m² of which, mainly covered in secular olive trees of the type “tonda Ibela”, vines, pomegranates and numerous fruit plants. The area surrounding the property is also equipped with an ample terrace, with table and chairs and a barbecue, from this point you have a splendid panaroma. Near the swimming pool there is a beautiful green lawn which also extends to near the house.

SWIMMING POOL: The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, it distances only a few meters from the property and measures 5 x 7,5 m. with a variable depth from 1,40 to 3,00 m. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, table and chairs.

INTERIORS: The property extends on two floors following the natural level of the grounds. From the main entrance, on the right hand side one can access the upper floor which over looks the entire day area where there is a living room and television. On the left hand side there is the night area made up of one double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and another twin bedroom located in the spacious intermediate floor, there is also a bathroom with shower and another bathroom with hydro-massage bath tub, also at guests disposal is a walk in wardrobe. The day area (accessible by 8 steps) charmingly develops around a brass and ceramic fireplace and is made up of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and service bathroom with washing machine. The entire day zone ceiling is covered with wood providing a warm and welcoming environment. This property is well equipped and is furnished to guarantee the most comfort for its guests.

SERVICES INCLUDED: water, electricity, gas for kitchen uns, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, park and pool maintenance.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 12,00 per hour), extra linen change (€ 15,00 per person), heating and wood (€ 100,00 per week), phone and internet connection (€ 20,00 per week).
