Casale la Contea, located high on the slopes of a gently rolling hill, is a sotne building, provided on two sides with a beautiful porch. Guests can enjoy a panoramic view of Trasimeno Lake and the picturesque Tuscan-Umbrian countryside. The property which is situated in a strategic position at just few kilometers from Cortona, a delightful town on the top of the hill with medieval origins and renaissance influences, is the ideal place for those who wish to combine the benefits of a relaxing stay in the countryside and complete privacy with the discovery of the tastes and traditions of Tuscany. By short driving, infact, is possible to reach the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria, immerging themselves in this land rich in colours.

PARK: La Contea holiday villa is surrounded by a beautifully 6000 sqm maintained parkland with secluded areas where guests can relax and enjoy the calm, quiet atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside.

SWIMMING POOL: Open from last Saturday of April till first Saturday of October, the well equipped swimming pool is 5 x 10 m. with a depth varying from 1,00 to 2,00 m.

INTERIORS: La Contea is built on two levels. Ground floor: large lounge including a bar, well equipped kitchen, studio with a sofa (in this room a single bed can be added), a sitting room, a bathroom with shower and a laundry. First floor: two double bedrooms, one twin bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower and the other one with shower and tub).

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, pool and park maintenance.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra linen (€ 10,00/person), extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), firewood (€ 15,00/100 Kg).

EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients
