A star amongst our properties, Villa Cassiopea is a fascinating villa in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, one of the most idyllic Tuscan panoramas. The villa is surrounded by the typical hills covered with vineyards and olive trees that have made Chianti famous throughout the world. The large windows on the ground floor make it very light and airy and the furniture is very comfortable with great attention to details. Built in stone, the villa has handmade terracotta tiled floors and open-beamed ceilings. The villa, which is built on three levels following the natural slope of the hill, is about 250 sqm and has a beautiful terrace overlooking an enchanting panorama on the first floor. There is air conditioning in all rooms and guests have a heated pool and a sauna at their disposal. In the nearby agritourism guests have free use of a tennis court and a small fishing lake. PARK: garden of 2.500 sqm with olive trees. SWIMMING POOL: open from the last Saturday of April to the last Saturday of October. The swimming pool is heated, 7 x 3,5 m and 1,40 m deep, is situated in front of the house and has a gazebo with armchairs and deckchairs. INTERIORS: Villa Cassiopea is built on three levels. On the ground floor is a beautiful living/dining room with fireplace and satellite television, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A small twin bedroom is accessible from the kitchen, with en suite bathroom with shower. A double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower is on the other wing of the house. On the first floor a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet leads out to a large terrace with veranda which is also accessible from outside by an external staircase. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The sauna is accessible from outside is located in an annex close to the swimming pool. SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, initial and final cleaning, two hours of cleaning on Wednesday, weekly linen, garden and pool maintenance, air conditioning in all the rooms, heating, heated pool, sauna, wood. EXTRA SERVICES (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner: laundry (€ 8,00 per wash), extra cleaning (€ 20,00/hour), extra linen (€ 15,00 per room), cordless and internet connection. N.B. EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients FACILITIES: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, satellite TV, DVD, phone and internet connection, hairdryer, barbecue, sauna, heated pool.
