Casa Grande immersed in the green hillsides of Versilia only a few kilometres from the splendid Viareggio. This property and its strategic position are ideal for spending your holidays immersed in the nature of North Tuscany. It is the ideal place for these people who wants to visit the most important cultural cities of the area such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the splendid little town of Pietrasanta. This property is close to Camaiore, and nearby towns along with its beautiful rolling hills provides Casa Grande with the advantage of being the perfect starting point for splendid walks and/or bike rides. The closeness to Viareggio allows you to reach the beach in a few minuets, and therefore make the most of trip to the beach, shopping at an outlet store of famous designer ware or simply enjoying the local hospitality. The closeness with Liguria and the “Cinque Terre”, allow furthermore to get to know many interesting landscapes of one of the most beautiful Italian coasts. The property is composed by 2 completely independent buildings about 50 metres far one from the other. Casa Grande 9 indicates the main building. The separate entrance and the independence ensures that the structures garden and the property itself can both have their complete privacy and can be rented separately and at the same time.

GARDEN: The park extends to about 3 hectares on various levels. Included in the park area there is a vegetable garden, olive groves, and garden equipment for example table, chairs, swimming pool and parking.

SWIMMING POOL: The pool is surrounded by wooden flooring and lawn, measures 3, 5 by 8, 5 m with a depth of 1, 60 m . the pool accessories include, chairs, tables, sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is accessible by a direct staircase from the property and is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

INTERIORS: From the main entrance, on the right there is the dining room with a spacious dining table, fireplace, and a large living room with a comfortable sofa, a service bathroom, storeroom and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen is connected to two outside verandas equipped with table, chairs and a traditional wood oven. An internal stone staircase connects the downstairs (day-time area) to the upstairs (sleeping area). On the second floor there is a single queen sized bedroom, 4 double bedrooms, one with an additional bed and one that has dividable beds. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower; there are also other 2 bathrooms: one with shower and one with bath tub. This floor is is completed by a mezzanine that is accessible from the kitchen (ground floor), which contains the room dedicated for ironing. The properties finishing’s equally beautiful, wooden beams, “terracotta” flooring, and complementary furniture which fits in splendidly with the local town. All the rooms are well furnished and equipped; the furniture is mainly in antique wooden furniture, which ensures you can take in the traditional countryside atmosphere.

SERVICES INCLUDED: Electricity, water, gas for cooking, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, wood, park and pool maintenance.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): Extra cleaning (€ 15,00/ora), extra linen (€ 10,00/person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), laundry service (€ 15,00/hour).
