Casa Grande is immersed in the green hillsides of Versilia at Corsanico town considered a real "terrazza sulla Versilia" (balcony over Versilia). The town is situated in the centre of the impressive hillside, opening into a real life stage on the horizon of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The seaside sunsets, the breathtaking views of Versilia at night, not to mention the artistic, nature and cultural qualities provides the ideal setting for an ideal vacation. From this strategic starting point your choice of excursions range from historical, cultural to nature: such as hamlet, trekking, bike rides or/and horse riding. Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Lago di Massaciuccoli, Torre del Lago, Lucca, Garfagnana, Pisa, all the centres that are closet to this splendid property, enriched with interests and events, of the most famous and colourful are: Carnevale di Viareggio; and a memorable Festival Pucciniano and Caffe della Versiliana, pleasurable nightlight on one of the most popular beaches of Versiliesi which distances only a few kilometres from the splendid Viareggio. The property and its position provides the perfect setting for a vacation amongst the nature of Tuscany. Casa Grande 2 is a charming dependance, completely independent, which is part of a property which is made up of two buildings distances about 50 meters from each other. The separate entrance and the independence ensures that the structures garden and the property itself can both have their complete privacy and can be rented separately and at the same time. GARDEN: the garden completely surrounds the property and extends to the forests along the hillsides. Two sides of this dependance both have a characteristic wooden terrace equipped with table and chairs and benches. Inside the garden and for t exclusive us of the guests of the depenance is an hydro massage measuring 2,00 x 3,00 m. with a depth of 1,60 m. INTERIORS: very well furnished offers privacy and peacefulness also through the terrace immersed in the forest. At the ground floor there are the kitchen, a living room with a French size sofa bed and the dining area with direct access to the external terrace furnished with table, chairs and hydro massage pool. From the dining area, through a spiral staircase, you reach the mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, wood, park and pool maintenance. SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15,00/ora), extra linen (€ 10,00/person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), laundry service (€ 15,00/hour). N.B. EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients FACILITIES: satellite TV, dishwasher, American coffee machine, iron and ironing board, barbecue.
