Casa Camagaja is a splendid apartment situated on the fascinating cliff of Positano and, from its large terrace, one has a breathtaking view of the town of Positano and the bay below. Casa Camagaja stands out for its characteristic local style, the finishing touches done with local materials, the rational and original division of the rooms and the terrace, with its fantastic view of the sea, is the ideal setting for unforgettable meals. Casa Camagaja is unique with its large kitchen and three metres high vaulted ceilings and with the main bedroom divided from the living room by an arabesque curtain. The atmosphere in every corner is special and the essential and elegant furnishing only increases its charm. The large beach (Fornillo), which is only 500 m away, can be reached in two different ways, either by taking 300 steps, or by taking an asphalted road. Casa Camagaja is located in a prestigious group of residences and villas in the Pasitea area each of which is completely independent and enjoys total privacy. From the main road six steps lead to the entrance. Casa Camagaja is a fantastic option for honeymooners or for special occasions. OUTDOOR SPACE: from the terrace, which is like a small courtyard, one can go directly to the kitchen, to the living room and to the main bedroom. The terrace is about 60 sq. m. and is surrounded by lush vegetation and flowers of all kinds. It is an ideal place to relax with a good book, just to sit in meditation or to enjoy a romantic meal under the stars. INTERIORS: on the ground floor we find an entry hall, a large fully equipped kitchen which can be also used for meals. The hall leads to a large living room with three metres high vaulted ceilings. The living room is actually divided into three areas - reading, dining and television area. An original sliding curtain separates the living room from the main bedroom which has access to the terrace area. There is another bedroom with 2 beds and window overlooking the living room. Also a bathroom with tub and shower. A staircase goes up to a corridor on the first floor leading to a bathroom with shower, furnished with original fittings. SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking purposes, weekly linen, twice weekly towel change, initial and final cleaning plus 2 hours on Wednesday. SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€12,00/hour), extra linen (€10,00/person), electricity for air conditioning and heating (on consumption up to date market prices). N.B. EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients FACILITIES: microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, 2 satellite TV’s (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), CD/DVD player, video recorder, books and magazines. ACCOMMODATION: 4 BEDROOMS: 2 (1 double, 1 twin) BATHROOMS: 2 (1 with shower, 1 with tub) PETS: on request SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 500,00 in cash.
