Bouganvillea is a pretty house close to the most beautiful beaches and panoramas of the Southern coast of Sardinia. The house is a portion of a building divided in four properties, each one with private garden and separated from the others by a low wall. Bouganvillea, along with its twin house Hibiscus, is part of a private Estate of about 20 villas with the advantage of having a caretaker always on duty. The Estate is by the beach, which is reacheable just going through a small wood of eucaliptus, and where it’s possible to hire deckchairs and sun umbrellas. The geographic area surrounding Boungavillea is rich in beaches and it’s not too far away from Cagliari and Villasimius. Furniture has been tastefully chosen but at the same time is perfect for a seaside house (Hibiscus has a more simple furnishings). An external porch is furnished with table and chairs for enchanting meals “al fresco”.

PARK: the garden of about 250 sqm, has lawn, olive trees and mediterannean plants. Barbecue an external hot water shower and a basin. A large parking area a few metres from the house is at guests’ disposal.

INTERIORS: Bouganvillea is composed of a luminous open space with living-dining room and kitchen which is small but well organized. In the living room there are two sofa beds. A iron staircase leads to a open area with a double bedroom which is closed by a screen granting some privacy. There are also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The washing machine is outside.

SERVICES INCLUDED: water, gas for kitchen purposes, initial cleaning, linen upon arrival plus one change, garden maintenance.

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): electricity (€ 0,86/kwh), final cleaning (€ 70,00).

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour).

EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients
