Villa Bellora is a charming little brick property which is situated in the beautiful Tuscan countryside between Cortona and Montepulciano, close to the natural oasis of the lake of Montepulciano. Internally the property has been finished with “cotto” flooring, wooden ceiling beams with “cotto” tiles and two splendid tone and brick fireplaces both in the living room and the kitchen. The villa has been decorated in a simple yet attentive manner. The kitchen, decorated with pastel coloured wood is very spacious and practical, it also has a working fireplace, ideal for grilling, especially meat which this area is well known for due to the farming of the “chianina” cows. Due to the strategic positioning of this property guests can enjoy daily naturalistic excursions to places such as Lake of Montepulciano, Lake of Trasimeno or in only a few kilometres you can reach the historical centres of Montepulciano, Pienza, Chiusi, Cortona and the most famous artistic cities such as Siena, Florence, Perugia and Rome. Note: At 20 metres from the villa there is a not restored building completely fenced for security reasons.

PARK: Villa Bellora is surrounded by one hectares of lawn, enriched with bushes of rosemary, lavender and cypresses which line the entrance road to the property. Outside the property there is a spacious portico which is equipped with a wooden table and metal chairs, the perfect setting for shaded lunches and candle light dinners.

SWIMMING POOL: the pool is open from the first Saturday of April to the last Saturday in October, it distances 20 meters from the property and measures 10 x 5 m with a variable depth of 0,90 to 2,50 m. The pool area is surrounded with “cotto” flooring and framed with a beautiful lawn. This area is equipped with comfortable sun lounges, deck chairs and umbrellas.

INTERIORS: from the entrance one enters directly into the living room with its stone and brick fireplace. On the left, there is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, from here one can access the portico which is equipped with table and chairs. On the right of the living room there is a bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a laundry room. Also from the living room area, via a typical stone internal staircase one accesses the first floor where there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub and a small bedroom with a children bed.

SERVICES INCLUDED: water, gas for cooking purposes, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, park and pool maintenance.

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): electricity (on consumption up to date market prices).

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour), extra linen (€ 10,00/person), telephone (based on meter reading), heating (on consumption up to date market prices), wood (€ 15,00/100 kg).
