Le Barchesse is a splendid villa from the 17th Century, situated in the enchanting town of Mirano at the entrance to Venezia. This property is strategically situated so that guests can reach Venice in only a few minutes with public transport. It is also possible to go on wonderful daily excursions to towns/cities such as Padova, Asolo, la Riviera del Brenta and the famous Venezian Villas of Palladio. As this property is situated in the heart of Mirano, Le Barchesse offers guests the advantage to reach the main shops, by foot, at the same time guests can enjoy a relaxing holiday in the beautiful park/garden, by the pool side or under the shaded areas in the property grounds. This villa is divided into 6 apartments, each of which with its own private entrance, of which only the two apartments offered have the exclusive use of the swimming pool. Some of the other apartments are sometimes used by very reserved persons. PARK: The park is a mix of lawn and secular trees, which extends over 1 hectare, surrounding the entire property. The main part of the garden is at the back of the property. The park is equipped is various shaded areas with tables and benches. SWIMMING POOL: The pool has an irregular shapes measuring a total of 73 m² . The pool is at the back of the villa about 30 meters from the property. The depth is variable from 1,20 m . to 2,00 m . The pool is open from the last Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September. The surrounding area is equipped with sun lounges, umbrellas, tables and chairs. INTERIORS: The entrance leads into the day zone, which is divided into dining room and spacious living room, well furnished and comfortable. Exiting the dining room, there is a private garden, equipped with table and chairs The ground floor is completed with a very well equipped kitchen and a service bathroom. From the stairs (at the end of the living room), you reach the first floor, dedicated to the night zone. On this floor there is a twin bedroom with joinable beds, another twin bedroom and a single bedroom which has an additional single sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with bath tub. This apartment has mosquito screens. The apartment has air conditioning and other comforts, which make guests stay at this property pleasurable and relaxing. SERVICES INCLUDED: Electricity, water, gas for cooking, air conditioning, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, park and pool maintenance. SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): Extra cleaning (€ 9,00/hour), extra linen (€ 12,00 per person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices). N.B. EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients FACILITIES: TV, radio with CD, microwaves, kettles, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer (to use these, please ask the house manager), cots, hairdryers, mosquito screens, air conditioning.
