Casa Assia is a spacious, elegant two floored apartment situated only 189 steps up from the centre of Positano. This 17th century apartment has recently been renovated to a very high standard. The large, cool, downstairs lounge has a great built in L shaped sofa covered in big cushions that is an ideal place to chat and chill out while sipping a glass of wine. Upstairs there is the panoramic terrace that overlooks the breathtaking view of the “Big Beach” be it night or day. Everything is within walking distance restaurants, shops, ferries and even the disco.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Casa Assia has a long strip terrace, on the upstairs level, that is a great spot to eat an alfresco lunch or read a book while watching the beach life down below.

INTERIORS: The entrance door leads directly into the living room with a large built in L-shaped sofa covered in big cushions and a dining table. Off the lounge there is a small kitchen. Also off the lounge, through a different door, there is a double bedroom with a en-suite shower room. Marble steps lead you up to the second floor onto a landing. In front is the fully equipped kitchen. To the left is a shower room and to the right are two large rooms. The first has two single beds, that can be adapted as sofas, so that this room can be used either as a bedroom or a lounge. The second is the master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and en suite shower room. Both these two rooms have French doors leading onto the strip terrace which has two bucket wicker chairs and a terrace table suitable for 6 people.

SERVICES INCLUDED: Water, gas for kitchen use, initial and final cleaning plus 3 hours cleaning on Wednesday, weekly linen.

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): electricity (on consumption up to the market price).

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner):Extra cleaning (€ 12,00/hour), extra linen (€ 10,00/person).
