Casa Apollonia is a beautifully restored 17th century building situated in the heart of Positano with breathtaking views of the big beach (“Spiaggia Grande”), only a walk away are beaches, boating, fabulous restaurants, boutiques and shops.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Casa Apollonia has a stunning flowered entrance pathway overlooking the vegetable garden. The small terrace has space to dine while watching the Positano day and night life.

INTERIORS: the entrance door leads directly into the very large dining and living area with two sofas and a table seats 12 people. There are two French doors leading onto the large terrace which has ample space to dine or sunbathe while looking at the breathtaking view of the “Spiaggia Grande” (big beach) and the Church. There is an open planned fully equipped kitchen in the dining area. There are two double bedrooms off the lounge both with an extra single bed and two bathrooms one with bath and the other with shower. Upstairs on the wooden mezzanine there is the third double bedroom with an extra single bed. Next to it a toilet and at the bottom of the stairs is the third bathroom with tub.

SERVICES INCLUDED: water, gas for kitchen use, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen.

COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and to be paid locally to the owner): electricity consumption (on consumption up to date market prices).

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour), extra linen ( € 10,00/ per person).

EMMA VILLAS srl doesn't supply directly to the client the services mentioned before, nor does EMMA VILLAS srl receive any commissions for these services, since it's the owners who are responsible for the management of the services and for the collection of the fees regarding the performances that are being offered to the clients

ARRIVAL: Saturday between 4:00 and 7:00 pm
