Casa Agnese is a 70’s villa strategically built on the coastal road between Terracina and Sperlonga, the two famous beach resorts of Latium region. The beautiful Gulf of Terracina, stretching for 15 km between the promontories of Gaeta and Circeo, embraces many archaeological treasures such as the Temple of Giove Axur, the Roman Forum of Terracina, the imperial villas and buildings of the Roman emperors. In the surroundings tourists can also visit small medieval towns and gothic – cistercian abbeys. There are protected WWF areas like the Circeo park too. Rome and Naples are about 100 km away, easily reached by car or by train. Casa Agnese is an elegant, airy and bright villa with a garden facing the sea. Through a gate is possible to get down to the small beach before the house and also to access to the organized one just 50 m from the house. The furnishings are very well kept and the white – ecru wallpapers gives relief to the nature colours of the garden. The two storey house is surrounded by a garden and has a private swimming pool. A very comfortable house giving guests the possibility of living freely in an enchanting place.

PARK: the park is about 3000 sqm with palms, citruses, pines and a lawn. A pergolato outside the kitchen is furnished with table and chairs for fantastic outdoor meals.

SWIMMING POOL: the pool, open from April 28th to October 6th, is irregularly shaped and measures 15 x 8 m with a maximum depth of 3 m. Sun beds and sun umbrellas are available for the guests.

INTERIORS: the main entrance leads to the two wings of the house. On the left there are one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. On the right there is the living area with French windows opening directly onto the garden overlooking the sea composed by three ample living rooms. A studio, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete the ground floor. A staircase in the living room leads up to the first floor which is composed of: a master bedroom with large terrace, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The other part of the first floor is completed by one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and another bathroom with shower.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking use, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning plus 2 hours per day, park and pool maintenance.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 12,00 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours), extra linen (€ 10,00 per person), heating (€ 1,50/l) Compulsory: extra cleaning when pets present (€ 30,00/week per pet).
