The Costa dei Gabbiani is a wonderful complex in a uncontaminated zone of the extreme south of the island of Elba. The coast is a never ending beach which includes, hidden bays in the rocks: The complex is part of the national park of Tuscan Archipelago. In side this splendid complex guests have the possibility to use numerous services such s tennis courts, horse riding, diving centres, beaches, restaurants and mini market. The Costa dei Gabbiani connects the complex to the beaches and the other services via internal private roads which are in good conditions. Villa Agavi is a refined house with private pool located in the estate. The villa, with its oblique volumes joined at the reef, is well placed in the landscape. During the clear days it is possible to see the islands of Montecristo and Pianosa, through the ample windows that overlook the sea and the pine forest. The villa has been recently restored, keeping the original structural characteristics such as stone walls and lively colours. Clients will spend a wonderful holiday immersed in the uncontaminated nature of one of the most suggestive Italian locations.

PARK: The villa is immersed in the natural park of a 450 hectares. Agavi has a garden in front of the house furnished with table and chairs. At guests disposal there is also a stone barbecue.

SWIMMING POOL: The pool can be reached directly from the living room French doors. Open from April 20th till the end of October, it measures 3 x 5 m. with a depth of 1,30 m. The pool area is furnished with deck chairs and sun umbrellas.

INTERIORS: The entrance is situated on the rear side of the villa. On the entrance’s right hand side there is a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. From the passage way, downstairs (5 steps), you will reach the fully equipped kitchen (on the right hand side) and the living room with French doors overlooking the sea and the pool. The wooden terrace in front of the pool is furnished with table and chairs, an ideal place for wonderful lunches and dinners. On the left hand side of the passage way, you enter a corridor that allows one to reach 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. There is also a laundry room at guests disposal.

SERVICES INCLUDED: Electricity, gas for kitchen use, water, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, pool and park maintenance, golf cart, excursions in the estate, animation (from 11/6 to 8/9), mini club, amusement park, minibus for the beaches.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): Extra linen (€ 9,00/person), extra cleaning (€ 95,00), phone on consumption, riding ground, mountain bikes, diving centre, tennis.
